Shimmerpaw blinked kindly and then mewed, "I can be your friend. I'm not too terrible." Drawing in the sweet scent of prey, she added, "Let's do something as friends. Wanna hunt?" Her smoky blue eyes shone. She had never really had a friend before. And maybe starting with one, it would grow and she would have tons of friends.

The sunlight found its way to the place where they were, and Shimmerpaw's eyes practically sparkled. It was this kind of time she loved, the time ShadowClan rarely had. When sunlight penetrated the thick trees and made her eyes shimmer.

Arrowpaw brightened up.You'll be my friend.She started bouncing ain circles.I have a friend.I have a riend.Then she stopped and frowned.Life and DeathShe whispered.Sure lets go hunting.She brightened up again.

Shimmerpaw brightned up with Arrowpaw. It felt good to have a friend. An actual real friend. She opened her mouth to retrieve any scents. There was.. a mouse somewhere. She drank in the scent with her eyes closed, then opened her eyes.

The brown mouse was scuffling around some leaves. Perfect, she thought, it won't suspect a thing. Shimmerpaw delicately put one paw in front of the other, than pounced. Her claws dug into the warm body, and she bit down quickly to end the poor creature's misery.

Poor Mouse.i don't think he lived long.Arrowpaw sniffed and smelled another mouse.She spoted it and slowly crept up on it.She pounced and missed.Fox dung.How could I miss it.She growled.Calm down.Calm dwn.Ojkay I'll catch this one.She carefully crept up on it and pounced.She caught it.Perfect.

Shimmerpaw smiled then mewed, "Great catch!" She trotted along, until she smelled something. It was fresh sparrow. Her beautiful eyes scanned the trees. On a low evergreen branch was a small sparrow. She crouched up to it, and sprang.

But the bird was too fast. It flew up to a higher branch. Shimmerpaw hit her head on the low branch and she squeeked. "Ouch! Mouse-brained sparrow.."

Arrowpaw ran over to Shimmerpaw. Are you okay? She eaxamined her head.Does anything hurt?O Starclan help me please.Everything looks okay but you can't be too sure.She was nervous.Will she be okay.Oh please.
