Poisonheart stalked among the shadowy trees letting his giant paws sink into the soft marsh land. His large head snapped up as he scented cats. "Deathstar and Ivymoon?" Poisonheart recognized the scents and puzzled over the thought of his leader out among the marsh.
"Maybe I'll see Deathstar later." Poisonheart mused and he padded ever so silently onward. "Then I can show her how great a deputy I could be!" He added out loud getting excited at the thought of becoming deputy. "She needs to see how much the clan needs my strength." Poisonheart walked on weaving expertly through the dimly lite forest.
Poisonheart found a particularly shaded spot and sat down. He drew his tongue over his perfect pelt and wondered who he would be seeing that day.
"ShadowClan is so distant from one another these days." Poisonheart said rather loudly then he caught a scent on the mist "someone's coming" he said to himself and retreated into the shadows to wait for the cat to approach.
