Sunfur raced beside the twoleg path in chase of a rabbit. His tail streamed out behind him and his paws scraped the hard earth. The rabbit ran under a thorn bush and Sunfur thought he could fit, he was mistaken and soon was caught in the thorns with no rabbit. He heard a rustle in the bushes near by and almost at once recognized the scent. He sighed, "did it have to be you who found me hear?"
The she-cat stepped out into the open amusement flooding into her eyes, she couldn't laugh or she would drop all her herbs she collected. Gently she set them down and replied. "Of corse, who better to find you like this then your sister." Leopardfire walked over to him and started getting the thorns out of his pelt.
"There, your out." She meowed when she finished.
"It stings, is there anything you can put on it?" He shook his pelt to get the leaves off.
