"So what is the next part of my test?" Lightfight asked Ravenstar opening his blue eyes and looking at the leader as he spoke. He wondered if it would be another test of hunting or a test of battle.

The leaders pure, clear, silver eyes watched the loner as he quickly found the mouse, killed it, and brought it back. He gave a small, half-smile. Pulling his tail closer to his hind legs he nodded "Good catch, good catch". But that was all he said to the loner, he jerked his head towards Firestorm. "Firestorm. You mind engaging in a mock fight with Lightflight?" He turned his moonstruck gaze on Lightflight for a moment before waiting for Firestorms response.[/color]

Once more Lightfoght was silent as he awatied Firestorm's answer. But wisely he padded away from the warrior so there ws some spce between them. As he padded away he glanced towards the mountains again. Then he turned around and leveled his gave with Firestrom's

Firestorm looked to Ravenstar. A mock fight... "Alright." Firestorm took a few steps back and he brought his green gaze to Lightfight's gaze. He glanced round for a second and then meet his gaze back with Lightfight awaiting Ravenstar's signal to start.

The black tom shifted slightly and settled down to watch. "No teeth, no claws." He looked to Lightflight as the warrior glanced towards the mountains, he silently noted that the loner seemed to be thinking of something, or maybe not. He then looked to Firestorm and nodded, at least the young warrior was brave. "Begin". she let himself lay down on the rock, his tail hanging over the edge as he waited for the two cats to begin their mock fight. "Both of you, fight as if you were really enemies, minus the claws and teeth though. I don't want anyone hurt here."[/color]

Firestorm watched as LIghtfight prepared to fight. He himself was ready. He rememebered no claws and teeth and then he crept forward. His eyes narrowed in consentration ready for his opponets spring on him. His mucles tense and watching for movement the scents of the forest surounding him.

OOC- I'm afriad this is going to be my last post for awile.
A smile flickered across Lightfight's face when he heard Dartpaw's awww. Lightfight kept his gave on Firestrom but as he did so he noted the postaining of all trees. He was ready to fight.

Firestorm stalked forward and turned to circle slightly. Before he made a full round he measured his distance and launched. His strong back legs hurtled him into the other tom his claws sheathed and he shoved inard and thenturned kicking Lightfight in the jaw. Firestorm then got back into position his green eyes still locked with Lightfight. Still moving he waited for the counter attack.

OOC- Hey you didn't even give him a chance to respond!
Lightfight notcied the attack a split second before it was launched. The shift in balance. The bunching of muscles. A ripple of fur. All this told him that Firestrom was going to attack. And abilty which gave him a split second warning. But that was all he needed. As Firestrom launched himself forwads Lightfight moved as well. But he didn't jump. He twisted forwads slipping onto his back and kicking at Firestroms belly with all his might.

The firey tom didn't expect the reaction. And his own reaction time was slow. Firestorm took a blow recovering quickly, Firestorm spun and got out of the way. Swiftly he bought his side hitting Lightfight, while the other tom was still distracted.

Lightfight didn't even try to dodge has Firestrom barreled into him. As Firestorm's shoulder conected painfully with his torso he lashed out at his muzzle with a paw. Before quickly getting back onto his feet and moved away from him.

Firestorm jumped, the paw just missing his muzzle. He back aswell judgeing what his next move should be. He had to admit the loner was good. His tail lashed as he waited. He wonder what Lightfight would do now. His green eyes looking at Lightfight. He could hear the blood pounding in his ears.

Lightfight watched Firestrom for a while before his gaze flicked over to Ravenstar. "Is that enough?" He asked before he glanced towards the mountains once more. After he did so he locked eyes with Firestorm
OOC- You might want to ask why he keeps looking that way Raven...
