Icefang led the way to camp Dawnfire just behind her. They didn't talk much and Icefang's leg was starting to hurt more. I hope it's not infected. Icefang thought as she came through the entrance. She looked around for Deathstar. She hoped she was up. "Deathstar?!" She asked a few cats looked up whow ere still awake. She nodded to them letting them know she was ok. The red must have really stood out on her silver fur. She beang to scold herself for being carless and allowing the fox to get her leg.

Deathheart walked out her eyes locked with Icefang as in an instant she was over to the she-cats side."By starclan what happened?". Her gaze was sympathetic and wondering. "Wait never mind tell me after we get you to the medicine cats den". She led the warrior away towards the medicine cats den. Then she looked to Dawnfire who appeared to be okay."what happened" she snapped. They must of been attacked wounds like that don't come from falling.

Icefang sighed. She sat down at the entrance to the medicine cat's den wait for the apprentice or the medicince cat to come out. "Fox." She replied, her blue gaze comming to Deathstar's. "It stalked us while we were out and sprang out. Dawnfire scented it first and then we fought it. I was careless." She said lowering her voice to the last part. "We chased it out and it crossed the border into Thunderclan though it didn't get out spotless it'll be licking it's wounds for a while." Icefang then said and gave her leg a like the red on her silver blue fur bothered her.

Deathstar nodded releaved that the fox was out of the territory. "You did the best you could" she snapped as her gaze locked with Icefang. Then she looked away then waited for a medicine cat. They looked like they where out. "Clean that wound with your tung I'll be right back". She came back with cobwebs and waited tell her leg was cleaned before she pressed them on. "There that should do it" she said smoothly.

Danwfire hadn't really had a chance to talk. Her leg was stinging quiet badly, but she hated to be a pain. She just bent down and started licking her wound clean, the blood was starting to dry. She winced and pulled a thorn out of her fur that she hadn't ever, realized was there. She didn't really know what to say, so she didn't say anything. Icefang had already said everything that needed to be said.

Icefang watched as Deathstar grabbed some cobweb. She then shifted slightly to hide her slight winch as the cobweb was pressed into her fur soaking up the blood. She breathed in calming herself and held the cobweb onto her leg. She then looked up at Dawnfire. She saw the other warriro pull out a thorn that must have found a way into her leg. "Thanks also, I scented Thunderclan a few fox lenghts over the border while comming back but it might be just over a day old I only caught a whiff of it." Icefang said. She surpressed the growl of dissapproval in her voice.

"Who's?" Deathstar said her eyes now cold with a deep anger in them. She was still a bit wounded from the gathering. Thunderclan always overstepping there power they had no pride. She sighed and hung her head."Not that it matter's what can I do to stop them". She then turn and passed the cobwebs over to Dawnfire so she could seal up her wound. She looked at the thorn and the back at Dawnfire "Got them all out?" she didn't want her warriors leg to be infected. That would be worse than it was now.

Icefang couldn't think of who's scent it was. "I'll go back and check in the morning can't think of who's at the moment." Icefang meowed in response. She then licked her paw drawing it over her ear her paws sore but she did her best not to show the pain she despised to show. she was a Shadowclan warrior she never showed weakness. She had a reputaion to protect.

Dawnfire mewed her thanks. "Yes, they're all gone. And I'll go with you if you like, Icefang." She said. That was another thing that she hadn't noticed. She wanted to be as helpful as possible to make up for her mistake, although she wouldn't say that outloud. She licked her wounds again, making sure to get all the dirt out so she wouldn't get infected. She wouldn't be of much help if she was locked up in the medicine cat's den.

Deathstar nodded in approval at Icefangs idea to check in the morning. "The scent may not be there but you guys did well with the fox".She glanced at Ice's feet and sighed "Get some sleep both of you so you will be able to leave in the morning. She wondered if they both shared something it felt to her there was. Clearing away the thoughts she looked them both in the eye sternly."Remember you did well".

Icefang dipped her head. "Thank-you." She replied. Exhaustion came over her poppy seeds taking their affect on her. She got to her paws and turned in the direction of the warriors den. She was slightly limping hardly noticable. She entered the den and walked to her nest over the other in the den. It was warm and dry. The heat from her clanmates warming the den. It didn't take long for her to doze off. Her heavy eye lids shutting as darkness took over her and sleep numbing her head to tail.
