[[Death said I'm doompaw's mentor now so....]]
Toxicshadow lead her apprentice into the thick pine forest where ShadowClan resided. She was glad that the once stubborn kit had been made her apprentice. Toxic could identify with her, they had both lost everything they had at a very young age and were very bitter about it too. The warrior knew that this young apprentice had been into trouble, but that didn't mean that she doesn't get to train and learn like any other apprentice in the clan. I think stealth will be a good first lesson. You need ShadowClan stealth to hunt and fight so that is what Doompaw will be learning first. The she-cat thought to herself. Toxic crouched lower on her paws stepping lightly and carefully as to make little if any sound. Doompaw do you see what I am doing. This is very important if you live in ShadowClan, stealth. You need it for everything, and ShadowClan is revered for being some of the best cats at stealth. She told the apprentice standing taller and looking back at her.

Her black eyes did not shine. Her thoughts did not bounce. Her steps did not glide. She was not a cat. She was a misery. Doompaw let herself blunder through the forest, her tail drooping and dragging through the dust and dirt. The magic of retrieving a mentor was gone, and she was back to her old, grumpy self. A low grunt was the only thing she allowed her mentor in the means of communication. Even though she did pay attention. Stealth peaked her interest. She placed her paws carefully on the ground, absent mindedly, her ears drooping. I wish I was at camp...all I want to do is sleep. For the past month all Doompaw has wanted to do was sleep. She wouldn't eat, play, or drink. Just sleep. Her fur had lost its sheen, her eyes were dead and dull, her voice was soft and airy. But the weight was the most noticeable, and her lack of grooming. Her legs shook with the effort of walking, her mind small and narrowed. This foot, that foot, this foot, that foot... She concentrated so heavily on walking, she didn't notice the large hole she was about to step in. She tumbled forward, looking up with a start, then lay her head on the ground in embarrassment. Great.

When Toxic saw that Doompaw wasn't paying much attention and was stumbling, she knew that something was wrong. The she-cat stopped and walked back to her grumpy apprentice. Doompaw, what's on your mind? Your not focusing. Toxic said sitting down beside her fallen apprentice. How are you going to represent ShadowClan well at gatherings if you can't even walk straight without falling down on your own territory. Toxicshadow was worried about Doompaw it was normal for her to be grumpy and disobedient, but to let herself be embarrassed like that just wasn't like her.

Doompaw sighed heavily, her chest shuddering. " Toxicshadow I am sorry." She shook her head sharply, pulling herself away from the dirt. Did she want to know? Doompaw didn't want to tell her mentor what she had on her mind, but her indecisiveness showed all her emotions. She hadn't a friend in the world, and yet she was still here. That wasn't all though. She was worried about something else, worried that she couldn't be an apprentice, worried that she'd let her mentor down... But that wasn't why she was like this, oh no. She was sick. She had eaten something a twoleg had dropped for her, she nibbled on the thing gratefully, but suddenly had smelled something in the food that was just...terrible. Lets face it Doom, she shivered, coughing dryly. You're done. a fleeting moment, she knew why she'd really eaten the twoleg stuff. She'd wanted this to happen. What a retched thought- Suddenly, convulsively, she threw it up. Everything she'd eaten. And, when she was through, she sighed. Oh, how better she felt! She looked up at her mentor sadly, passing out cold on the mossy ground.

Toxic listened to Doompaw apologize. It's all right you're just going to have to start trying a little harder. That's all. Soon after she said that, Toxicshadow turned around not suspecting much for what Doompaw had said. She didn't want to go digging around in something she obviously didn't want to talk about. It was that moment she heard the sound of a cat being sick. Toxic spun around just in time to see her apprentice faint onto the ground. Doompaw!.... Doompaw! Toxicshadow darted over to Doompaw's side. Doompaw can you hear me? Toxic knew something was wrong, so she picked her up and ran at top speed through the forest and back to camp. She would have to get Doompaw to Talonwing right away.

" Toxicshadow I-" Why was she yelling at her? Doompaw recoiled as the she-cat called out to her, her head throbbing wretchedly, the ground twirling beneath her paws. " I think... I..." What was she going to say? Doompaw looked up... Things were dark for another moment... She looked at a leaf on the ground, focusing on a small speck of soil sticking to its flesh- She sighed heavily, her tail shaking from base to tip as she attempted to stand, falling down onto her belly and knocking her head hard on a small rock. " Need to go to Talonwing"

Don't worry Doompaw I'll get you to Talonwing Toxic swiftly ran through the forest. Pine needles dug into her pads. She payed no attention, she had to get her new apprentice to the medicine-cat. Soon she saw the familiar entrance to the camp. Soon Doompaw would be in safe hands.
[[sorry for the shortness]] [[[can you post in Meddie-cat den next this will be part of the plot I made... some changes have been made and charries added, so take a look if you haven't already]]]
