Clan Meeting (All TC cats)(DEPUTY AND APPRENTICES)

((Ok all, this is an apprentice ceremony as well as the naming of the deputy. Mentors (Creamy, Death, Sasha) please tell me whether or not you guys want your apprentices to be made warriors, if you haven't done any training make a thread then we will make your apprentices warriors. Apprentices, please tell me if you guys want to be made warriors, but try to talk to your mentors. ^^))

The sun began to rise in the sky as the day after the heated Gathering began. The night before had been hectic and crazy, not something that would pass by easily. With a swish of fur and a toothy yawn a large black cat shifted around in his den, his silver eyes flicking from the bright light outside to the dark shadows inside. Today is meeting day. Flexing his claws Ravenstar stretched and looked around, putting things in order in his mind. Shifting towards the entrance of the den he looked out and towards each den separately, wondering who had gone on the morning patrol. Shaking his head he quickly washed himself and shook his coat to rid it of dust and moss, after that he stepped out into the sunlight. From the High ledge he called out, "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather beneath the High Ledge for a clan meeting!"[/color]

Firepaw awoke to the crisp, cold morning air biting at her nose. She lifted he orange head, sunlight was teeming through the apprentice's den illuminating her brilliant green eyes. She stood up and stretched, small pieces of moss falling from her coat. She looked over at her fellow apprentices, sleep still covered their minds. Firepaw, sat looking out the doorway of the apprentice's den her tail wrapped neatly around her paws. She hoped Ravenstar noticed her sudden change in personality, how quiet she was, and how still she could stay.
Firepaw walked out of the den, sunlight quickly flooded over her flame colored coat. She looked over at the highledge, Ravenstar was already awake. ""Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather beneath the High Ledge for a clan meeting!" His voice echoed through the camp. Firepaw was confused, why was Ravenstar calling a meeting, had she forgotten an inmportant day?

[red]Dartpaw had just been laying in the den doing nothing.She was bored out of her mind and wanted to do seomthing.She got up and started out toward the camp entrance when she heard Ravenstar call.She flicked her tail.Finally!! Something's going to happen.She walked over toward the edge but far enough back was where she sat.She was so excited that something was going to happen.[/red]

Firestorm was returning with the dawn patrol. He took thoses who weren't at the gathering, to let the other who had get their rest. His patrolo returned with some freash kill and just as they were going to their den they heard Ravenstar's call. Firestorm turned and he walked over to sit by highledge looking up to this leader. He hoped some news of the gatehring were going to be said.

Avengerkit groweld as everyone was shifting around and aloud noisy yowl woke him up. He hissed and then was shushed by a queen. This had been his first night in the nursery. He was just six moons. He growled adn then got up pushing himself to his paws. "Stupid cat." He growled walked outside of the Nursery dispite the queens demands for him to stay. "Shut up..." He muttered.

Creampelt had been asleep and when Ravenstar called the meeting, her eyes fluttered open. She stood up and shook the moss and dirt from her fur. She took a moment to groom herself before making her way out into the camp and finding a spot to sit in front of Ravenstar.

Swiftshadow was already awake and sitting outside of the warriors den. After getting to his paws he trotted lightly to sit about a tail length away from Creampelt. He glanced over his shoulder at the dens to see if the other cats were stirring.

Silentpaw snorted loudly when he got up. He shook his fur and gave it a few messy licks before calling it good and going out into camp to sit down and look up at Ravenstar. He was still convinced he was an outcast so he wasn't to bothered by the unkempt state of his fur at the moment. After he had eaten breakfast and woken up a little more, then maybe he would bother with making himself presentable. After wrapping his tail around his paws, he sat completely still and quiet, waiting for the rest of his Clanmates.

Darkpaw jolted from his slumber, his fluffy tail covering his nose and eyes.
His ears pricked first, his black fur shining in the sunlight as he rippled to awake. He looked around the camp nervously, Dante must still be in the Medicine cats den, he concluded.
Stretching and yawning nervously, he padded toward Dartpaw and sat down.
"Hello, Dartpaw." He meowed tersely, yet kind. "What's happening?"

She shrugged.I dunno Darkpaw.She looked at her friend.Sadly remembering their little quarrel.Hopefully it's a ceremony for the apprentices.Then we won't have to sit in camp doing nothing.Dartpaw pouted.She hadn't gotten much training because Silversun was so busy.Star has taught her a few things and she learned a bit from other apprentices.She flexed her claws eagerly.

[Sasha]

The spotted gray warrior lay asleep, her fluffy tail curled around her muzzle. She'd slept through many things in her life, but Ravenstar's voice teased her eyes to open, and she caught sight of Stargazer hurriedly fixing the mossy nest she slept in.
"Hey, what're you doin'?"

Stargazer blinked, staring back and shrugging. "I suppose biding time. Waiting for you to rise, comrade."
With a final pat, she left the nest to stand just outside the warriors den, looking back at Silversun behind her.

"Aw'yeah?" Silversun asked, stretching. She joined her friend, and the two joined the rest of the cats. the she-cat groomed her side, her chest, her paws, and then the other side, before realized the sleek gray warrior beside her was being awfully quiet. Something hit her, her eyes narrowing. "Hey, wait a sec'. You've never called me comrade."

"Of course I have!" Stargazer said, taken aback.

"Not for a time 'r two."

"Then you're just not used to it, Silver." She stretched her neck, spotting the top of Darkpaw's head over the group. She turned her focus to Ravenstar, but it slipped back to her young friend soon later.

"Star." Silversun spat, forcing her friend's attention back to her striped face.

"Yes, Silver?"

"I'm tryin' t'have a decent argument, an' you're making it difficult t'do so."[/color]

Stargazer laughed, giving Silversun a playful smack on the front leg. "Of course, Silversun. Pardon me."[/size]

Ravenstar gazed down into the sun spotted clearing, his soft raven black fur shifting gently in the breeze. His silver shard eyes gazed down at one cat in particualr, Ever. The young she cat had dusty black brown fur and brilliant eyes, she was also Ravenstars daughter, one from the 'late' deputy. A love he would never forget, and one that would haunt him for all eternity. He shook his head to relive his mind of complicated matters, but it drifted to a young Windclan tom. Now the leader, he pulled it back to Thunderclan, was he going insane? Naw, I'm not insane, I'm just...a Raven. On his fathers side of the family every tom cat had a name that in some way reverted back to the raven, this was strange, but unimportant to most.

He stepped to the ledges edge and gazed down on the seated cats, any latecommers would have to ask others for information. He took a deep breath and started, "Good morning Thunderclan." He paused, what a strange and highly unexpected beginning. Hopefully it did not betray him for his nervousness and shyness of the moment, it probably did. "We all should know that the gathering of last night was not brilliant. It was rather bad in fact." He said the last sentence particularly to himself. "Riverclan and Shadowclan have either refused or put down the thought of helping Windclan, leaving it to us. This could pose a problem for the clan seeing as how they have been invaded, and taken over." When Ravenstar had gotten back to camp he had gone on a single patrol and run into a Windclan apprentice, litterally, but then he had run into Dusktalon, a Windclan cat, now the deputy, as far as he knew. Dusktalon had told him that Windclan had been invaded by Bobcats but were fine, Ravenstar didn't belive it.

"I would go on a patrol by myself, but if I were to be attacked I would need someone to help me fight." A leader never asked for help in fighting, if they could fight well themselves. "I will make my decision shortly. But on a more happier note we have some apprentices and warriors to be delt with. First off" He looked down to Ever with a partial smile crossing his face. "Ever has lived as a loner for her lifetime, now she has found Thunderclan and wishes to join our ranks. Ever do you wish to take up the clan name as Everpaw?"

The dusty colored she-cat looked up from where she was sitting. Her pale colored eyes glinted with happiness, finally she could be a part of the clan her mother told stories about! She shifted slightly, her tail whipping by and possibly hitting another cat, she didn't look back to see. Standing up she moved over to Ravenstar and gazed towards him, she called out, "Yes I will!" Slightly embarrassed she glanced around, she still didn't have hardly any friends in the clan, except for the ones she had met when she first arrived. Stargazer, Silversun, Darkpaw and Silentpaw were the only ones she really knew. But hey, things change.

"Then by the powers invested in me by Starclan, and until the day you gain your warrior name, you will be recognized as Everpaw, Creampelt will be your mentor." Ravenstar nodded and rested his muzzle on the top of her head. He stepped back as she murmured her thanks and moved back to the crowed, glowing with happiness. Turning his gaze to Silentpaw and Firepaw, as well as the other two apprentice Darkpaw and Dartpaw he called out again. "Firepaw, Darkpaw and Dartpaw do you promise to fight for the clan with your life?" He paused and looked to Silentpaw, then he spoke. "Silentpaw, you have trained long and hard. You show willingness to learn even though your given situation puts you at a downside. Silentpaw, will you fight for the clan even at the cost of your life?" He knew the young tom couldn't speak, but silently he waited for the cats signal that he would.

Silentpaw looked at Everpaw and nodded slightly to congratulate her on being acccepted into the Clan before facing forward again. His head dipped slightly in disappointment when Ravenstar addressed Firepaw, Dartpaw and Darkpaw. So he wasn't going to become a warrior with the rest of them. Stupid disability. But when the leader turned to him and spoke, he looked up in surprise. It took him a moment before he realized he was supposed to respond and gave a quick nod when he was sure Ravenstar was looking at him. The tip of his tail twitched in anticipation and he looked eager as opposed to his normal blank expression.

Dartpaw smield proudly.I do.She said with determination.She fought to keep her tails till.She was so excited.A warrior at last!!!She was so excited.How was she supposed to kep a silent vigil.Sometimeds she'll never shut up and this she'll never shut up about.She tok a deep breath.She could keep quiet if she had too.

Firestorm watched as Ravenstar called up the apprentices who where to be made warriors. He was glad to see Everpaw finally have a mentor her train had been shared abit and now she had a final mentor. He wondered if he would get to mentor an apprentice soon. Since he had been a warrior Firestorm hand't taken on an apprentice. He knew Rvenstar would chose the right time he wasn't worried on that end. He then began to wonder about windclan as Ravenstar mentioned them and how they were invaded. What could be so dangerous as to run Windclan out without a trace? Nothing came to mind badgers and foxed were a natural enemy of the clans so that wouldn't be the answer. Firestorm relized he was letting his mind stray and he turned back to the meeting.

Avengerkit watched from a darker corner still not realy understanding this whole clan thing. He watched as cats who were older then he were becomeing warriors, what ever that ment. Must be like moving up in ranks of some sort... The tom cat thought. He then turned to the other apprentice's who's name had yet to be called. He wondered if her were to become an apprentice. Avengerkit was small but he was strong. He'd be able to keep up.

Firepaw stared up at the her leader, her mentor. He first called up Silentpaw, Dartpaw, and Everpaw. What about me she thought, the fur on the back of her neck bristling, just before she could think another thing she was also called along with Darkpaw. Firepaw stood, and overly proud she walked over to the hight ledge. She sat facing the crowd of cats in front of her, she suddenly felt very, very small. She didn't know what to do. Firepaw sat silently next to Dartpaw and Silentpaw, trying to keep her legs from shaking. This is creepier that I expected, even if they aren't looking at me specifically. Ravenstar's suddeng burst of announcement scared her slightly "Firepaw, Darkpaw and Dartpaw do you promise to fight for the clan with your life?" Firepaw sat for a moment I do she announced loudly, knowing Ravenstar herd her. She sat as the other cats pondered this question hurry up and say it she hissed in her head.

His vision shifted warily from the Medicine den to his leader as he spoke. He looked to Dartpaw, and his gaze softened. He brushed his tongue over her smooth fur comfortingly, as if to apologize for their earlier argument. He met her eyes for a moment, giving a small nod.

But, as Ravenstar continued, Darkpaw's interest was incredibly peaked.
Her straightened his posture, and stared his leader straight in the eye as he said proudly "Yes, I do."
He cast a glance around for Stargazer and fluffed out, a proud smug look crossing his face.
