A snow white cat walked through the reeds to the edge of the river. She smiled, although she wasn't usually one for sneaking out, she felt that she deserved a break. She wasn't like the other cats who sneeked out for the fun of it or a thrill, she just wanted to get away from it all. And it wasn't because she was stressed either. She had a great life in fact.
Silkpaw sighed and walked up to her paws in the river. Although the sun was high in the sky, and it was warm for this time of year, the water was freezing as it swirled payfully around her paws. She smiled nand wiggled her toes, losening pebbles and sending them downstream. She knew that if she didn't want to get caught, she should probably start heading farther into the territory.

A black cat was starung out at the river.Eclipsemoon stood up and swished his tail.He walked off toward the river when he saw another cat.A snowy colored one.He walked up to her and realized it was Silkpaw.She never sneaks out so why is she out here.He shrugged it off.Hi Silkpaw.He sat down next to her.

Silkpaw was startled, but didn't show it. She was farely good at hiding her emotions when she wanted, and when she didn't hid them, well, the other cat was in trouble. Hi there, Eclipsemoon. She glanced up at him, and then came the rest of the way out of the chilly river. He was probably wondering why she was out here, but unless he asked her, she wasn't going to go and get herslef in trouble. She sat down beside him and licked her paws clean, waiting to see what he would say.

How's your hunting coming along.He took his paw and twirled it around in the water.If only it wasn't so cold then I would fish.He sighed.He loved to fish so much he also loved swimmimng in the lake.He gazed across the river.

Hunting? OK, she could work with that. Haven't got anything yet. Just came out here. If she could just walk away like she was hunting, and not doing anything else out here-which she really wasn't, she came here to be alone, and nothing else- then she would go with it. Maybe some company hunting would be ok, she could sneak out and be alone some toher time. What are you doing out here? She asked. If he wasn't doing anything important maybe he would hunt with her.

He looked at the sky.Nothing.Just got bored and decided to come out here.Or just to be alone like I like to be.He sighed.He turned his gaze to Silkpaw.Why are you here?He flicked his tail.He didn't really care he just wanted to know why she was here.

She found it weird that he was out here, if not on some clan related duty. She decided to just say the truth, if any trouble came out, she would bat her beautiful eyes at him. It worked on almost everyone. Sighing she said, I came out here to be alone, truely. Clans and training can get so stresssful. She looked at him, and found that he was still looking at her. Where was this conversation going?

He turned away and layed down.Oh.Yeah and so can clanmates.He felt a flash of anger as he remembered Silvertongue.Silvertonuge hated him for no reason at all it semed to him.He wished Seastorm was here.It was so much easier when she was with him.He flicked his tail.

Uh, did I say something wrong? She asked, annoyance in her voice. She didn't like being ignored, and it was as if she had angered him. He had just turned away, and that was rude. She walked around in front of him, not caring about being alone any more, jusy wanting to know what had gotten in to him. Well? She asked, fully aware of how she shouldn't be speaking to a warrior like this. She was still standing in front of him, her tail flciking back and forth in annoyance.

[blue]No you didn't.He stood up.Come on Silkpaw.He walked off slowly toward the forest to hunt.Hunting would be a good thnig to get the clan off his mind.The only thing he wanted to do was run away but Branchpaw would find him again and drag him back by his ears if she found out.Silkpaw do you know Branchpaw?[/blue]

Not very well,but yes. She admitted. She knew alot of cats, but Branchpaw was one that she hadn't had much of a social side with her. Why do you ask? She was curious of how Branchpaw had found her way into this conversation. She followed silently, looking towards the forest, trying to be and look patient. She was succeeding so far, but she hated waiting for what she wanted.

There was a small clearing the forest and Eclipsemoon scented the air for ny scent of prey.Just curious.He caught the scent of mouse and pinpointed it.He then started stalking it and pounced.Succesfully he killed it quckily and went back to Silkpaw.When or if you talk to her what does she talk about.He wanted to leanr about his apprentice without actually asking her.

Uhhh....I don't know. When ever I try to talk to her she always looks kind of...I don't know how to describe it...but I alsways chose the topic. She had no idea if that was the answer he was looking for, but that was all she could say. She didn't talk to the other cat enough to say what she liked to talk about, and she didn't really care. She had enough friends already, and unless she made an effort to be friends with Silkpaw, she wouldn't meddle.

Yes great answer.Very helpful.How does she act around other apprentices?He flicked his tail and scented the air again.He cauht the scent of another mouse.He started stalking it and pounced missing it.He hissed in frustration.He was never good at hunting land prey.Only fish.

She tryed not to look interested in his hunting, but she wanted to laugh. Fish wouldn't feed the entire clan, you had to know had to catch other things to. But, not wanting to get into trouble, she kept her mouth shut. I don't know. I don't hang around with her much, ok? Why was she suddenly being quizzed? She flicked her tail in annoyance, she had said everything she could, and she didn't like being hassled.
