Sunpaw winced a little at the feel of the cobwebs on her wound and made a failed attempt to control it with the marigold. She has always had a fear of medicine cat herbs and tools. She hoped that Blackpaw didn't care, and that she didn't offend him. It's not like she can help it all the time. With Blackpaw though it's a lot easier to hold it in, with her medicine cats she will whimper the whole time, and getting a thorn out of her pad is torture to them. Sunpaw doesn't mean to freak out it's just one of those things. She heard Blackpaw ask a question about Arrowpaw's sister. Yeah, Runningpaw I think. She remembered some of the cats who came back from gatherings talking about her, but she's never met her.

He nodded.Poor Arrowpaw.I feel so sorry for her having to live up to her sister.Runningpaw's so perfect while Arrowpaws well a little messed up.He sighed.Sorry if it hurts.I try to make it as little painful as possible.He looked at the scractch how he patched it up.It's not perfect but it'll do.

Sunpaw suddenly felt a drop of sadness for the cat who had attacked her. She hadn't had any siblings to live up to, so she had had it easy. No, it's doesn't hurt. J-just a little phobia I have with medicine cat things. I've had it since I was little. You actually have it better than Sunmist and Redpaw. They had to have someone pin me down to get a thorn out of my pad, and I was screaming the whole time. She hoped he didn't think she wouldn't like him because he was a medicine cat, just hoped he didn't have to get a thorn out.

He laughed.Well then don't get any throns and you won't have to be pinned down.He flicked her with his tail.Come on lets look for the center of this tangle.He walked off.He felt so bad for Arrowpaw having to be her sisters shadow.

Sunpaw laughed at Blackpaw's comment. She was so glad that they had gotten out of ShadowClan. She knew without Blackpaw she wouldn't have been able to get out. Yeah, I'll be sure to watch out for thorns. She said laughing.

He slowly padded around in the tunnels trieng to find the center.Sunpaw who are some of your friends in Riverclan?He knew he probably shuldn't ask but he was curious.He turned back to her and crashed into a wall.He fell down and closed his eyes.It took him a moment to open them and look up dazed.Ow.He said laughing.

Sunpaw was about to list some of her friends when Blackpaw fell. She rushed to his side, laughing, but still worried. Are you ok? She said giggling. She sat next to him. Her paws hurt a little from the tunnel's floor. She was used to soft RiverClan land, and the rough tunnels were a bit different for her. Well I don't have many friends, but I do hang out with Mintstream a lot. She is still mad at S-Yorke. She was used to calling Yorke Storm form hanging out with her. Sunpaw had lost some of her friends just for hanging out with her, she had become bitter and mean since Yorke left. He really broke her heart.

He stood up a little shakily at first.Yeah I'm fine.He looked at her and nodded.That's nice i'm sorry you lost your frineds though.He llooked at his paws.I'm frineds with Redbreast of course, Bluejay, and well you coul kinda consider me frineds with Dartpaw.She's from Thunderclan.

Sunpaw smiled It's ok. I'd rather have real friends than a bunch that don't like me just because I'm friends with someone. She nodded as he listed his friends. She knew the first two, but felt a sting of jealously at the last. She knew she shouldn't be jealous because she had had tom friends before, and she probably would again. Sunpaw didn't show her short burst of jealousy to Blackpaw though. She didn't want him to know.

He shooked some dust off of his black pelt. Same here.He scented the tunel and looked down padly. It's so hard for us to eat. There's really no prey in these stinkin tunnels or herbs. Although no one really gets hurt. He padded off again and looked around determindly. What do you think the center will look like?
